Your 3D files
Files you open in the inspector are read, analysed and repaired inside your browser. They are not uploaded to YO3D or anyone else, and we cannot see them.
What we collect when you join the pilot
- Your email address
- The printer brand you choose
- The optional note you write about what breaks most often
- A salted, one-way hash of your IP address, used to apply the pilot rate limit and prevent automated abuse. We do not store your full IP address.
We use this information to run the pilot, email you about repair updates and decide what to build next. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Active signup records remain until the pilot ends or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Cloudflare also keeps a rolling database recovery history. Depending on the hosting plan, deleted signup information may remain in that history until it expires.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time by emailing yo3dprintdesign@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
YO3D does not use advertising cookies or analytics. Cloudflare, our hosting and traffic-protection provider, processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site, and may set a short-lived __cf_bm cookie to help distinguish automated traffic from regular use. Pilot signup records are stored in Cloudflare D1. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and cookie information for details.
